INTERACT

What is Thai Massage?

Thai massage is a unique tradition of a powerful and life supportive system of body therapy. Its origins reach back to the second millennia B.C and the Indian Physician Shivago Komarpaj. It has its roots in the ancient medicine of Indian Ayurvedic practice. The influence of Yoga is also apparent from the positions and stretching movements.

It is a technique that combines stretching, pressure and massage of all parts of the body using yoga positions. The massage is given on a futon in comfortable clothing and is recommended for the release and relaxation of the muscles and increased flexibility.

Thai Massage is performed in gentle, rhythmic movements, and gives you an energizing, balanced and dynamic experience for the body and soul
