What is Thai Massage?

It has its roots in the ancient medicine of Indian Ayurvedic practice. The influence of Yoga is also apparent from the positions and stretching movements.

It is a technique that combines stretching, pressure and massage of all parts of the body using yoga positions. The massage is given on a futon in comfortable clothing and is recommended for the release and relaxation of the muscles and increased flexibility.
